Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexposure Media ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nexposuremedia.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message you write. We only receive this information when you choose to send it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, for security and to keep the Site running. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on the Site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about;
- To follow up with you about a potential or existing project;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to perform their work:
- Netlify: hosts the Site and processes contact-form submissions on our behalf.
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.): our customer-relationship management (CRM) platform, which receives your contact-form submission so we can manage and respond to it.
- Google Fonts: the Site loads fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. Your privacy rights (California residents)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it;
- Access a copy of that information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information we hold about you;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share your personal information.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email us at info@nexposuremedia.com and we will respond as required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and maintain ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below.
6. Security
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Text messaging and calls
Our contact form includes an optional, unchecked box you can tick if you would like to receive texts and calls from Nexposure Media about our services, including messages sent with automated technology. If you check it, you can expect up to 4 messages per month. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help; you can also opt out by emailing or calling us using the details in the Contact section below. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your text-messaging opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.
If you do not check the box, submitting the form only asks us to respond to your inquiry; we will not send you automated marketing texts or calls.
9. Browser privacy signals
The Site does not set tracking cookies and does not sell or share personal information as defined by California law, so there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal to suppress. If that ever changes, we will honor those signals and update this policy first.
10. Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (such as our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies separately.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
